Short description :
The Turbopack retraction column is the ideal solution when the cadence are too high. Beyond 100 pallets per day or non euro pallet standard loads, the Turbopack is the alternative to Ripack shrink guns and a very expensive automatic line.

No limitation of length or width of the load. Heating height adjustable up to 2.40 m high (2.20 m with optional visor). Easy to use with almost no maintenance. Piezo ignition and safety automatically shutting off the gas if the handle is released.

Detailed description :

The Turbopack is a heating column mounted on a trolley that can be easily moved thanks to its swivel wheel system. This gives the operator the flexibility to retract anywhere in the shipping area, avoiding the movement of unstable loads.
Its unique design allows for a surge of hot air flow for efficiency even on thick films. 50 seconds are enough to retract a pallet (euro type) whatever the height (upper limit at 2.4 m).
Adapting to the load to be retracted is quick and easy. No need for programming, tedious handling or complex maintenance.

The Turbopack can carry up to 3 gas bottles (13 kg). With more than 60 pallets retracted per bottle, autonomy and low consumption are real advantages for your retraction station.

A real argument for very long objects and the shrinkage of different parts sizes.

Usage tips :
Minimum working height of 1.3m. Use a 120µ film minimum with a constant volume load from bottom to top.

You must have a space of 1.5m around your retraction zone to move freely. Make sure that the ground is level, hard and in good condition for the passage of the Turbopack wheels.
