These quick connect couplings are used in conjunction with the Shrinkfast 200™ Heat Tool.
Rather than unscrewing the thread on the hose, the user can simply pull the red collar back to disconnect from the heat tool. This can be carried out even when there is pressure in the line thanks to the inbuilt valve to prevent flow when disconnected.
